Can We Bring Tents/Sun Shades?
We are in Horry County, SC which prohibits pretty much everything EXCEPT umbrellas during peak season. Shibumi and similar products like pop-ups are prohibited. CLICK HERE
Do You Have a Front Desk?
We do not have a front desk or 24/7 on site staff. Each owner is responsible for rentals and management of their apartment. Please contact your rental agent or host with any questions or concerns inside your Unit.
Can I Hang Towels on My Railings?
Towels and clothing may not be hung on any railings. This is building policy.
Do You Have Vacancies?
Each apartment has its owner(s). We are not a “Hotel”.
Are Any Apartments for Sale in the Building?
Each owner is responsible for the sale of their apartment. Use typical real estate channels to find available apartments in our building.
How Do I Report an Emergency or Maintenance Issue?
Owners should use the Owner Process (CLICK HERE). Guests should use the Guest Process (CLICK HERE). The process details how and who to contact.
What Should I Do During a Major Storm?
Please remove all loose items from your ocean-side porch/deck. This may include furniture. In the event of a major storm, CLICK HERE for suggestions from North Myrtle Beach.
