Stairwell Repairs
Repair and replace steel members to support the stairs and assure safety. Both stairways complete as of August 5, 2023

Fix Pool Minor Leaks
Small leaks were found inside the pool. The concrete was repaired and the concrete on the deck was replaced.

Pool Deck Resurface
The pool deck cracks will be repaired. Then Coastal staff will repaint the pool deck.

Replace Water Control Valves in Each Stack
Water Valves that turn water on and off in each stack (A, B, C,…) are located in the garage. The valves were replaced so they will function if it necessary to turn off water in any stack of Apartments on all floors.

Fire Pump Replacement
A new fire safety water pumping system is being installed to make our building safe and keep us in compliance. Work is compete. We await Fire Marshall final approval.
2024 Project
Oceanside Balcony Railings
Oceanside balcony stripping and painting options are under consideration. The project will be done AFTER busy season in 2024. The HOA will discuss options for the work during the 2024 Annual HOA Meeting in April.
